The gate is good for nothing because my car was stolen!!! half of the time it doesnt even work.
The apartment manager is very rude and is a total b****! They didntpay thier taxes and owe the IRS.
If something is broken they will not come and fix it.
The bathrooms are horrible make sure that you check your apartment dont be fooled by the model.
Good luck getting back your deposit!They also have giant roaches that you can see walking around outside.

| Goodness, where to start? This review is full of incorrect information. Except for maintenance and repairs, Mirabeau access is restricted 24 hours a day.Though we strive to, you can not make 100% of people happy 100% of the time. I was not the manager at the time this review was written, but please see see other comments for more accurate experiences with staff. I can assure anyone reading this that Mirabeau pays its' taxes and does not owe the IRS anything. Our maintenance staff is great; they live onsite and truly care about our residents. If something is broken, they get it fixed as quickly as possible. Mirabeau offers a wide range of floorplans and unit amenties. Our model has all available upgrades and amenities. However we are happy to and do show vacant and available homes. Mirabeau promptly refunds all deposits that are due to former residents. Of course, damages/cleaning charges, if any, are deducted from deposits. Our move out procedure actually helps our residents to get their deposit back. While I can agree that nature has bugs, Mirabeau has pest control that comes weekly. Please come see us to form your own opinion! | |

I personally think you have left out some crucial facts. If you look at the police report and anyone can b/c it is public record. You left your keys in the car. You left your doors unlocked. You got it stolen b/c you were simply stupid and well, asked for it.
I have a friend in the complex and am there almost everynight. I have never seen a roach. And ya, DUH the model is a model. You should ALWAYS look at your apartment and check it out BEFORE you sign anything. You are honestly, an idiot.
Do not leave your keys in your car w/ the doors unlocked.
