If you like listening to your neighbors very loud bass driven rap music, Then this is the place for you. You can never park in front of your own building. If you happen to live on the lower side you have to deal with the Crack Heads who ramble through during the summer. Although the maintenance staff are very friendly it does take them quite some time to fix the problem. The staff are generally very friendly but don't look for any action if you have complaints about your neighbors. You would be better off calling the cops or dealing with it your self (which in this area can be unhealthy).
I have wanted to move from here since we moved in.
