Our experience at Hunt Club has been very bad. We had ant problems this past summer, and it took the office over a month to get the it under control. We complained to the same office person 3 different times about this- and each time, she would say "I don't know who you talked to, but the complaint was never put into the computer"... even though she was the same person each time. We have had numerous other problems with the maintenance. Parking is ok, although it is hard to get a spot near your apartment. The noise is horrible- if you don't like having your neighbor's bass rattling your windows from 9am to 2am, don't move here! We have also had a lot of problems with other neighbors concerning drugs, and although our cars have not been broken into, some of my friends living there have had their stereos stolen from their cars.
Also- make sure you get a copy of your lease! We made this mistake when we signed a 6 month lease... when we went to give them our notice, they informed us we were signed for 12 months... and it was NOT my fiancee's actual signature on it, although a good forgery... unforuntaly, without the original, we can't prove anything.
