I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and have to admit that this was the biggest mistake I have ever made. When I first moved they lured me into thinking that they would provide me w/a safe and comfortable apartment, however, this couldnt have been further from the truth! Since I've moved I have had to deal w/things such as noisy (not to mention scary) neighbors, a hole in the roof of my bathroom which leaked water(we later found out that the "said water" was my neighbors toilet water)which still hasnt been fixed only filled w/some sort of crud, roaches that are so big they could be claimed as dependants on my income taxes and a gang of male neighbors who like to drink and get high in front of the apartment complex. When I complained about the entourage hanging outside as well as the broken light on the side of my building (which STILL hasnt been fixed) the apt manager asked me why I was scared when I have a man living in my apartment that could protect me. The parking lot on my side is horrible and seems to be more so for guests than tenants and they always hit your car when they back out. The managers are LAZY and RUDE! If you try to report a problem w/ something in your aparmtent dont bother b/c you would get better assistance from the Do It Yourself Network. There were several armed robberies and instead of putting up more lights management sent out flyers stating that we should get more locks (which we would have to buy) and to remember that it is not their responsiblity. I could sit here all week writing about all of the bad incidents that have occured in the short time Ive been there but one things for sure if I knew then what I know now I would've ignored the so called "rent specials" and forked over another extra $50-100 to live somewhere else. With that being said "Hunt Club is only a cut above Butler Terrace"
