I would recommend these apartments. When it was formely Mars it was awful, but now that it is under new management the place is totally different. 24 hour security is available, the maintenance staff is always on hand, not to mention the courtesy and helpful office staff. Also you only pay for electricity (water, sewage disposal is included). Also, (depending on where your apartment is situated in the complex) you can get free internet and free extended basic cable! Honestly now that the overlook has been reburbished i would consider it one of the best deals in huntsville.
Oh and i forgot to mention that you also get free gym membership with cosmos state of the art gym across the street while you are a resident.
This place is great!
