I used to live there when it was Mars Apartments. I am glad that it was sold and a lot of improvments have been made. The office staff was nice and decent but more of less understaffed to handle bigger problems. I had neighbors bf blast his car stereo all hours of the night a few times. My daughter is a student at UAH and lives at the Overlook Apartments. New management has taken over since it was Mars, and so far we have no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything we ask about. My daughter feels safe and so far has not had any problems with noisy neighbors. We are very happy with the situation at the moment. Would recommend anyone moving into the Overlook. They also have several police officers who live at the complex and they are courtesy officers.
