Compared to other apartments it is 5 stars in terms of price and quality of service. Staff helped me a lot even with things that are not in contract.
Two problems were:
Not "real" windows. Windows do not latch properly and are not even made to do so. This means that heating and cooling must work overtime and is not able to keep constant temperature between switching. I got a heater to cope with this during the winter. Other thing is a bunch of noisy "brothers". Although they are all ok people and you feel safe, loud music from a car passing at 3 am is sometimes too much.
But, having safe place, nice management and being close to UAH makes these two problems being nothing.
