I live in the Paddock Club now and have only been here a few months..My move in was simple, the people were super nice and very helpful. The apartment I got had some heavy smokers previously and it was giving me a headace. The Paddock Club management quickly went to work; they sent in a carpet cleaning company, fogged the house, they did whatever was needed to make me happy. They even knocked 400 dollars off my 1st four months of rent for the headace. The area is very well taken care of..it has even won awards for the landscaping. The place is quiet, the pools are very clean, the gym is nice, I cant think of one negative thing to say! I guess it could be cheaper!'
