My husband and I moved here we thought everything was nice and pleasing to our eyes. However we quickly found out that everything that glitters isn't gold. Our neighbors seemed to have lead in their feet and they thought they were track stars. No one seems to understand that the trash dump is at the front of the complex and not at our cars. Our apt. has beer bottles that have been in the bushes for months on end and maintenance does not pick them up. Before we complained people would leave their trash in front of their doors for days, which caused us to get an infestation of ants. Plus there are nats that seem to die and come back to life again in our apartment daily. As far as service request go, they are pretty good. In fact so good they call my cell phone to let me know that they have finished another residents service order.
The main problem we've encountered is with the unjust pet policy. There are residents who have what are considered to be viscious dogs who have lived here awhile, so they get to keep their pets. If you are planning to bring your beloved pet you might have to part with it because they might just put it on the breed restriction list. Oh let's not forget to mention the Indy 500. It is a constant battle for the road here. So you might want to up that insurance policy that you have.(Life, Health,Car,Heck even your Burial Insurance). If you come home around 5:00pm you might have to park at the next building over, because they don't have a visitor parking restriction.
Did the AD say gated community' Well let's talk about the lack there of. The gate is always on sick leave.In other words, it is always BROKEN!!! Even when it is fixed a visitor can tailgate you right on in. The management is okay they are somewhat friendly. Aside from that the place isn't to bad. They offer great specials.
