BAD PLACE FOR MILITARY! Poorest Apartment Management in Alabama!

Never have I had such a horrible experience with an apartment complex. Paddock Club seemed perfect until I first received a very bad review from military personnel at Redstone Arsenal.
Racial discrimination, poor management, disrespect to community officials, no special move-out deductions, nor special clause for military to be deployed.
This place was horrible for budgets also, you pay for gas, electric, water, sewerage, garbage, and whatever else they can think up.
sUCH AS $85 FOR A GARAGE BECAUSE THEIR UNITS ARE SO SMALL!
And don't bother with a pre-inspection sheet. And most definitely- do not count on receiving your deposit.
Very noisy, including maintenance, other residents, and... You know, I give them a 2 out of 100!
Hope this helps.

All Paddock Club leases have an active military clause that states 30 day notice with no penalties upon receipt of a copy of military transfer orders. I would bet you think transfer means across town! Their not going to reduce your rent because you have to move, that's stupid. I don't understand the problem. We have apartments at this community. As far as the expenses, it plainly states what tentants are responsible for. I am not part of the management here but I did read my leases. If the unit is to small you should have gotten a bigger one, that's your mistake not Paddock. It's an apartment complex, it's a lot of people living in a relatively small area, yes there is noise but it is not excessive nor is it bothersome. This is a perfectly wonderful community that is attractive and comfortable.

Not really. You people hide too much of the details and try to sign people w/o even letting them view the premises. Not everyone who is looking to rent has fallen off a turnip truck somewhere.

Hello:
This is Doc Leonard, former military and US Government Civil Employee. I had a wonderful experience with The Paddock Club. I DO remember a military clause as well as many other perks. Also, I had two semi's worth of things from my home in California and the garage was fine once I got things situated somewhet and learned what I actually wanted to store away. I likedthe paddock club and liked it so much, I started the first Full Service Concierge right from one of those apartments called; Concierge at Providence in 2004-05.
I think maybe some things went wrong with this transaction that could easily be straightened out!
And about the Garage, it's all about convenience! Cheaper garages are in neighboring communities and are called 'storage units'. If you don't want the convenience of a garage on the same community as you live, cheaper ones are outside the apartments.
Please, if you are reading this, give the Paddock Club a try. They were great to me.
