I don't believe they have a maintainence crew! The carpet is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was clean when we moved in, but the padding underneath was filthy and bled through within days! Now it has black patches all throughout! We are humiliated to have anyone over! We had horrible problems with ants and had to bug them to death to get rid of them! They were crawling on us when we were sitting and watching tv! The tile is gross. We have a "new" apartment and the dishwasher messes up all the time. The appliances seem ancient. I'll be so glad when our lease expires. SO glad.
I believe we are all getting sick from the disgusting carpet. I have never felt so sick in my life or had allergy symptoms. Now, I am sick all the time. It's either the mold or the carpet. What is wrong with these people''''''''' I think I'll call the health department.

Well our dishwasher did fall apart but it still works. We just kick the broken parts underneath out of the way. We went out of town for a few days and lo and behold...my allergies went away! I never had allergies until we moved here and had disgustingly horrible dirty carpet! It's been shampooed twice in a year and is still black! It stinks all the time in here. The people around us SLAM their doors and it shakes the whole apartment. They need visitor parking or more parking. I dread going anywhere because I won't find parking when I get back! The management doesn't care....Everything is old and cheap. They say they can keep raising the rent because they are on Providence Main Street.......How tacky.

I agree with the kitchen problems. Our disposal is broken and when we use the dishwasher scummy water backs up into the sink. You complain, but no one comes.. Sad to say that I think the bathroom is more habitable than the kitchen. Heath problems definitely. Our carpet is OK, it has stains and spots which is still gross. My problem is I don't get any sleep. I've been on Ambien since I've moved here and I wear ear plugs when I attempt to sleep. I've went as far as to sleep at work instead of going home. I've invested in a pricey pair of ear buds with noise canceling attributes. This way I don't go insane when I have to be at home. However there is definitively a mold problem.

It took us 6 months to get a new dimmer switch and we DID report problems. The place is nasty. They will only fix things if you renew your lease and why would we have done that???

Ummmm. I think I would be writing the HQ of this company and by the time they received my letter............some of the office staff would no longer have jobs. Make that all of the office staff. I bet a few tenants would not have a place to live either. It's called a lawyer and trust me, anyone flashing a handgun would not be living there long.
