I HATE PADDOCK CLUB WITH A PASSION. YOU THINK YOU WOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT THATS NOT THE CASE WITH THESE APARTMENTS. LIKE IT'S BEEN STATED BEFORE THE SHOWERS HAVE MOLD GROWING ON THE BOTTOM OF THEM, THEY ARE FILTHY WHICH MAKES YOUR BATHROOM SMELL. I REALLY SHOULD HAVE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE 30DAY LOVE IT OR LEAVE BUT I THOUGHT THINGS WOULD GET BETTER, OBVIOUSLY NOT. MANAGEMENT "CYNTHIA" IS ONE, SHE IS HORRIBLE AT MANAGING, THE STAFF COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AND YOUR NEEDS. MAINTAINANCE ISSUES WILL NOT GET TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT 50 CALLS FIRST. THE WINDOWS HAVEN'T BEEN REPLACE AND THEY ARE IN BAD SHAPE, LIKE PERMANENT FROST, MY HOTWATER HEATER HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING CORRECTLY SINCE I MOVED IN EVERYTIME MAINTAINANCE COMES I HAVE A NEW PROBLEM WHEN THEY LEAVE. I DON'T HAVE ANY HOT WATER AS I WRITE THIS. THE GATE HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE NO BEAUTIFICATION AWARD AT ALL, THERE IS NOTHING BEAUTIFUL ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS. O YEA THE FLOOR SQUEAKS WHERE EVER YOU STEP. I REALLY REALLY HATE PADDOCK CLUB, THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS YOU COULD STAY IN. IF YOUR CONSIDERING DON'T DO IT!

well its obvious you must really need a place to stay if your still here. and if it was so bad..ou should have taken the 30 day loveit or leave it. cynthia seems to have her head on her shoulders and she takes care of things.the maintenace team are all very friendly and though short handed take care of problems.i really enjoy my stay at the paddock club. they have taken great care of me.....

Every person has a different opinion and feels differently about every situation. It's said you had to go to the computer to vent. I think this review along with the others are the people who always have to complain and nothing is ever right. I lived at the apartment complex and loved my stay. I loved my apartment and i felt as if it was well worth my money. You try managing a apartment complex im sure you coudln't have done any better. And by the way i think the Paddock Club is well taken care of the landscaping is gorgeous.

second person u right everybody have they own and opinion and u stupid if u think they are beautiful and well taken care of. and if u take on responsibility with being a manager of a complex you should be ready to take care of everything that needs to be taken care of, don't get a job u cant handle or get more staff...hell they should just work it out and satisfy their tenants!!!1

WELL ITS CRAZY CAUSE IT SEEMS AS IF THE STAFF IS RESPONDING TO THE COMMENTS N OPINIONS MADE BY THE FORMER N CURRENT TENDANTS, I've BEEN ON THE PADDOCK GROUNDS AND I MUST SAY I FELT AS IF THEY WAS NICE APARTMENTS BUT ONCE I READ THE POST'S POSTED BY PPL WHO HAVE LIVED THERE I THINK OTHER WISE... THE LANDSCAPING < { WAS SAID TO BE NICE WELL ITS NOT ITS RED CLAY AND ITS FUKED UP... THAT POND R TADPOLE POOL NEXT TO THE LEASING OFFICE IS KINDA OUTTA WACK AND AS FAR AS THE MAINTANCE ( HA HA HA THEY SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO ) THE FLOORS DOES MAKE NOISE AS U WALK , THE WINDOWS DOES LOOK PERM. FROSTED, THE HOT WATER N COLD WATER HANDLE'S R ON INCORRECTLY NO WAIT ( THEY R HOOKED UP INCORRECTLY HOT IS ALWAYS TO THE LEFT COLD TO THE RIGHT ) yo THEY R NICE LOOKIN APT'S BUT I SEE ITS NOT WORTH AN ARM N LEG TO LIVE N HELL !!!!!
