Vandalism at Paddock, no security

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Recently have had tires slashed and car window smashed and CD Radio stolen. Paddock Video Camera non operational they say. Office also says anyone can enter paddock premises bypassing gates. Gates are left open often anyways so anyone can drive right in.
