This area is very high in crime. As a police officer was dusting my car for fingerprints (after it had been broken into for the 3rd time)he told me that Golf Road is one of the highest areas targeted for crime. The manager didn't mention this when I asked her before I moved in. There are a ton of unsupervised little brats that run around screaming all the time so if you live on an upper level your apartment shakes and rattles constantly. Of course nothing was ever done about my complaints. So much for securtiy!! A relative of mine lives in another apartment complex owned by Hubbard properties in Birmingham and it is just as bad. It seems these people could really care less about it's renters. Stay far away from Park Place. You WILL regret it!!!
