I see alot of people hating on Park Place and they people are going to hate on any where they stay and they cant have their cake and eat it to. This is a business like any other complex and it is ran according. I have never had any problems with Park Place as a whole. This is a nice area and its mainly for college students. I see alot of people adding there horror stories on here about Park Place but if it was so bad why did you stay here for 8 years that almost a quarter of your life. Must have not been to bad because the place where you lay your head is just like a job if you don't like your job you is not going to stay there for no 8 years you are going to try to leave as soon as possible. I figure if you gone say something please use correct information and don't tell lies. Also every one views things different and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

It's amazing that you say this place is mainly for college students yet, you don't sound very educated. You can not say that people are lying when they have pictures to back up the horror stories.

I made this comment when everything was going good at the complex when there were other managers over park place- since then or shortly after I made this comment Park Place went to hell. At the time there was nothing but college students out there how can you respond on a comment over 2 years old I guess you are not that educated either. I have pictures to, even went to court with them but they have this smug attorney that is only about money they don't care about you as a human being only dollar signs.
