I am a five year resident at Park Place. I have never had a problem with any of these issues other people are talking about. In my opinion if you have issues a lot of times you bring them on yourself, like people you hang around with. The management has always been professonal and courteous to me. People also have to realize that sometimes there could be emergencies that come before small stuff like a garbage disposal. Any time I have needed pest control to come back out for a recall management always has them back out in a day or two. Every apartment community, no matter where you go is going to have things that you dont agree with. Park Place to me is a nice place to live, like I said earlier I have been here for five years. The staff at Park Place also has no control over things that happen in the general area as far as the crime and what other people do. Leave Park Place Alone!!!!

My issues have been lack of response to MAJOR issues, like the hole that was in my ceiling for a month, leaking water, the lack of professionalism from the maintenance crew and assistant manager alike. I don't have visitors here, so it's not who I hang around with. I'm happy your experience has been positive, but mine certainly has not. I am moving as soon as my lease is up.

And I don't blame you. Nobody said that everyone is unhappy with Park Place but I'm sure if you did a survey like this is little online link is doing you will still see that park place is at the bottom of the list as recommended places to stay. This has nothing to do with Park Place employees. They are sweet hearts Kim and Lisa but their bosses are the ass that would rather patch up then fix up. I was there five years, through the fires, the break ins, the fights, the inflate in rent, the increase in roaches, them adding patios and balconies to building 2020. Please I still wouldn't let my dog stay there.
