I have been living at Park Place for 3 years now and I must say I am VERY pleased with the apartment I have. The staff and the maintenance have been top notch whenever I've needed something done or had a problem they strive to make it a priority to correct it within a day or two(depending on weekends or holidays) They deserve their time off and holiday time with their family as much as I do. They try their best to do a good job and I am happy with their performance.

That's a DAMN Lie! I have lived here for over a year and there are water spots, roaches, REALLY loud kids that do anything you can think of, and trash everywhere. Not to mention the fact that they enter your home whenever they want. I don't even have a phone line, and they refuse to add one. There are crack heads around even though they say they screen everyone. As soon as I can afford it I WILL be moving. This is the F!@#%$* hood, the only difference is you don't have to pay to stay in public housing. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The person who wrote this review is obviously a staff member. We lived at the Reserve for a year, and we saw the conditions of that place. If you live there, I hope you can get out as soon as possible.
