since i've lived in park place i've had my car broken into twice. my apartment once and i have rats and roaches. i've called the health department once because of rats but all they set out was traps and that was after i bought my own. i constantly have to spray for bugs and it's very noisey. i hate it please dont move here unless you are used to below average living not even to save money!
