My family and I have been residing in Quail Pointe Apt since September of 2005. Not one thing has been fixed that I asked to be fixed on my move-ion sheet. The complex is run my a mom and daughter that barely know what they are doing. On Christmas morning 2005 my toilet upstairs, that was asked to be fixed in September, and again in November, overflowed while we were sleeping. I got up to get my son a bottle and the kitchen floor was soaked. The toilet had leaked through the floor. Water was dripping onto the fig and onto the floor. I walked over to the daughters apt (the assistant manager) at 6:10 Christmas morning, and informed her of the problem. The maintenance man arrived at 6:20 and fixed the toilet. He also told me that he had never received and of the work orders that I had put in.
Stay away from Quail Pointe. There are much better places to stay in Huntsville. Also there are not enough parking spots. My neighbors have 6 cars in a 3 br town home. We all are given 2 spots in front of the building, and one spot in the visitors parking. Well they take up all the visitor spots.
If you have a complaint you are better off calling the police, because the management will talk a good game, but wont do anything.

This person has threatened a number of people about cars and making to much noise. When the manager had his mother's rental car towed becaus it had no parking permit. He wants everybody to follow the rules but him and his family.

Dearest Johannah i am the author of the post. lets explain. my mom arrived in a rental at 5am in the morning. at 7am they were trying to tow her car. and lets get one thing straight, her car was not towed. who do you think is going to put a visitor's permit in a car at 5 am in the morning. and no, i didnt threaten anyone. when you have 2 sons and its cold and your neighbor's 6 cars are taking up all the spots, how would you feel. i followed the jack-up rules at quail pointe, the problem was that they placed the rules and never enforced them. and no one was threatened about noise. yes, i did call the police about my neighbors next door, because they had no respect for anyone who shared a wall with them. and back to the rental...she was parked in the visitors spot. the decal is for those staying overnight...she had just got there. truely, i am the nicest person in the world, but i dont like people to get on my nerves, just because i'm 6' tall 275, people see that as intimidating, well, i'm sorry for GOD making me so big, take it up with him. |
