This place is horrible!

I'm not sure about all the rats. There are also squirrels all over the neighborhood. Something HAS been chewing on the roof around the edge of my ceiling ever since I moved in though. I have gone through a couple roommates since I've been here. The units are old and falling apart. Kitchen appliances are outdated and not installed properly. Countertops are also painted over and in poor condition. The shelves in some of my cabinets are bowing from lack of support. I had problems with the tile around my shower stall. I originally reported it in April, and they finally fixed it in June after my roommate and I both harrassed them and threatened not to pay rent. They know the tile is old and crumbling, so when you report it don't expect them to be surprised. My lovely 60's style brown shell-shaped bathroom sink has cigarette burns all over one part of it. The water pressure in the bathrooms is "iffy". Our guest shower has enough pressure to peel the corneas off your eyes. The master bath is the complete opposite. Management has been good on rare occassions, but after the tile problem in my bathroom, I can't wait to get out of here! I'm leaving 2 months before my lease is up and I don't even care about getting my deposit back. I'm getting the hell out!

P.S. PARKING SUCKS! Also, don't let the landscaping out front fool you. My apartment is in the back, and there's NOTHING nice to look at back here. There's also been red mud right and the front of the walkway since I moved in. Their drainage system also sucks. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the first floor apartments flood during heavy rain.

Also, the photo I've added was during the long painful bathroom rennovation. I'm not sure they knew what they were doing b/c the tile fell off after their first attempt at fixing it. I wish I had taken photos of the original damage. It looked like an elephant had stepped on my shower!
