I used to live in Sherwood. It was the worst expierence I have ever had with an apartment. Trust me, my job requires me to move a lot and I have been around the country and it has been the worst. I do not recommend anyone to move there. It has roaches. The maintenance is poor. The managment is non-responsive. The major appliances are old and do not work properly. The plumbing is horrible (either very hot or very cold). I strongly suggest looking elsewhere before moving here. The price is minimal for a reason. You get what you pay for!!! Also, there is a lot of crime and drug activity in the neighborhood. If you have children or are a single woman, I do not recommend moving to Sherwood Park Apartments located in Huntsville, AL.
