I lived at Sherwood Park for 2 years and it was okay at first. After I signed my one year renewal things started to go downhill. The new management is no good. I had a group of noisy neighbors move in next door and no one ever did anything about it. Several times a month I had to call to complain about loud music or screaming coming from next door and nobody ever responded. Parking is also a pain. If I ever came home after 10 pm, I had to park on the back of the property not even close to my apartment. I did not feel safe walking alone in the dark that far. I don't think the buildings have been renovated in a really long time. When I moved in there were two large orange stains on the carpet, looked like hot sauce or ketchup. Did they not bother to have to have the carpet cleaned before I moved in' The sliding glass door for the kitchen had a huge hole in it and they just painted over the latch so you couldn't open the door to see it. Not only did this take away a key feature of having the sliding door in the kitchen but when I did actually get it open I found a big hole. This goes to show how cheap and lazy the managers are. Overall, the place is a dump and not a safe place at all.
