I just renewed my 3rd lease here. The management has always worked with me on my renewals. Maintenance problems have always been fixed quickly.

When I was looking for an apartment Sunlake was the only apartment in Madison with a 24hour pool. I've only used the pool once, but I thought is was cool to have the option to swim at night.

About 3 months ago, I was locked out of my apartment and I had to call the after hours number. The employee came in the middle of the night to let me in. The after hours people told me it was a $25.00 lockout fee, and when I tried to pay the girl, she wouldn't take it. She said,"it's no problem, I was up anyways." That made me feel good.

I would definately recommend Sunlake to anyone who wants a great place to live. I'm saving to buy a house next year, but only because I'm getting married next fall.
