The community is beautiful and I love my neighbors! If you want a quiet apartment, don't live downstairs! You can hear where your neighbors move around upstairs 24/7.
My experience with maintenance has been horrible. My fiance has had to personally knock on a member of maintenance's door to have somebody fix what was wrong with our apartment after we had waited for over a week for some things. And then some of the maintenance don't fix things right or do a shoddy job.
