Maintence is terrible!!!!! The fitness center, all the machines are always broke, especially the treadmill. The sauna is never clean, people urinate, and smoke in it. The pool is never clean. The Hot Tub never works. The staff is really nice. The best thing about these apartments is the lake and the access to Edgewater's facility. This use to be a really nice place to live, but it going down. The apartments are old, and need alot of inside and outside work, which they have been working on over a year. The work is coming slowly but surely. The only thing that is kept up is the grass. You see moving trucks everyday, from people moving out. I am next :-)
