Has the worst customer service I have ever seen

15 of us stayed here in the furished 3-bedroom suites for a period of 2 months for a summer program. I would say that this is the worst place that I have ever stayed in (that includes dorm life). I recall calling every week about repairs and updates that should have been in our suites from day one (move-in day!). And the residence life staff are extremly slow in responding to your emergencies. (I.e. some Sunlake Community children were going around scratching individuals cars. When we reported this, noone came.)
