A couple of months ago I noticed alot of people started moving out and I was wondering why, but when I got my lease renewal information I figured out why. They are raising the rent by $50 for the first six months and $100 for the last six months for a 1 year lease, but they weren't adding ANY amenities! I have had a dead mouse on my kitchen floor and come to find out I havne't been the only one with a problem with mice. They also have ALOT of spiders in all apartments. The maintanence could never fix my heat during the cold winter season, it seemed like I was calling them every 2 weeks because it stopped working. Also the parking light has been out for about 2 weeks now and no one has come to fix it. The apartment is nice and its quiet, but if they wouldn't have raised the rent by so much I probably would have stayed. Why pay this much when you can stay some where else nicer for the same price and have more amenities!
