Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

There's only one thing they do really well: raising the rent. Maintence is prettty bad. You have to call several times to get anything fixed. Hot tub and sauna never worked. The office staff is a bunch of liars. Car break-ins happen from time to time. Getting out of here as soon as I can.
