I've lived at Sunlake for 5 months and since the day I moved in there were problems. Some of those problems were never dealt with. Sometimes maintenance is to blame for not getting things done because they just ignore the maintenance requests, but other times the office staff is to blame because they don't seem to care. There was mold growing on my ceiling due to a leak in the upstairs apartment, but I was told that it wasn't a priority and I would have to wait until maintenance got around to it.

UPDATE: After living at Sunlake for over a year now, the problems remain the same. I wanted to move out when my lease was up, but unfortunately was unable to find a new place before I had to give my 60 day notice, so now I plan to leave when my new, shorter lease is up. The maintenance staff gets things done but not until they get to your name on the list. I would personally love to see this so-called list because it took 3 weeks to get one of my maintenance requests taken care of and that was after multiple phone calls and visits to the office, which brings me to my next point. Many times during the day I tried to get ahold of someone in the office, but no one answered. There are 3 members of the office staff, there is no reason why there shouldn't be at least one person in the office at all times.
