Yes it looks kinda nice from the outside, but BEWARE!
You'll be paying more and more for a rundown apartment, you'll get no maintenance, and you'll be ripped off once you move out. Plus it's not safe - my neighbor had his car stolen.
I suspect all the good reviews here are written by the Sunlake management :)
