I love my apartment let me just say that, I have a one bedroom, it is very spacious and very quite here. The only problem is that this place takes forever to fix stuff. From the day i moved in my stove was broken i called down there several times, it took them 6 days to fix it. The worst part was when i called down there i got to apology or sympathy at all. The management is very rude, they don't seem to care about there tenants. Also my mailbox key was broken and it took them 3 days to fix it. You have to call and be rude in order to get anything done. And this place is infested with ants, you call down there all they say is basically that sucks for you. The water was out multiple times, you will wake up in the morning and you will have no water, so sorry if you worked out last night and have to go to work. you are out of luck. i have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and never had this much trouble with the management. They just seem to not really care you walk in and they are watching tv on lunch break and they don't even say a word, yeah i know its there lunch break but you could go in the back room, it just looks bad they don't even offer to help, oh and if they forget to give you something then they just blame all of it on you. I love this place just a few things to think about before moving in, its super quite and nice. But is all that worth it if the management sucks'

Write letters. Lots of them. One to their owner co. HQ. Be clear, document dates. Name names of people in the office. Then, you do know you can without your rent until the repairs are made. Not positive, but believe it is state law they are not entitled to receive rent if you have a maintenance problem.....until that problem is fixed. Esp. if it is a quality of life issue. Water problems, esp. commodes leaking or overflowing are a health hazard. Mold is too. So, if they try to place negative info on your credit report because you withhold rent, call the housing authority. They will stop them from doing this. Also, take out cheap or free ads in the traders being clear on what you have experienced. They can do nothing about the truth. Call the businesses surrounding this apartment complex and give their personnel offices a heads up on legit complaints that could be considered health hazards, such as roaches and ants, leaky toilets, mold. These businesses will put out work to employees not to rent in these troubled complexes. Good luck.
