The day I was unloading my moving truck was a nightmare. The apt. itself wasn't bad, but the management did not seem to inforce any rules. My neighbors were partying all night and in the morning there were beer cans ALL over the parking lot! I reported it, but about a month later there was broken glass (which is still there) at the front side walk. There was also a broken glass of vodka in the parking lot. I cleaned it up hoping that nobody would get a flat tire. I've complained about bugs, but I have not had anyone come spray. I've been here for 6 months now and when i moved in I was promised new counter tops...I haven't seen those yet and the other ones have burn marks and cut marks on them.

When an apartment complex does not handle a noise complaint, you should call the police. File a grievance with the ownership company headquarters. Contact the local housing authorities if drugs are involved and then call the police again. In addition,run ads in all the local traders sharing your experience briefly regarding Sun Lake. They cannot do anything about it as long as it is the truth. Trust me, I am a lawyer. You don't have to take it.
