Stay Away

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Not only can you hear the person upstairs walk around because the floor has pulled loose, if you have a water leak just plan to wait two months before someone will come and fix it. Stay away!!!! For the money you would spend here, you can go to much nicer apartment in Madison.
