I lived here for about 5 months last fall. We had crack uses living right across from us who ended up stilling 5000 dollars worth of stuff out of our apartment. So we moved out and broke the lease cuz no one seemed to care too much about it. Turns out our neighbors skipped out on their lease after we had moved out. When me and my boyfriend needed another place to live they offerd for us to come back so due to out time limits we took the offer. Bad Idea on our part AGAIN! We moved in and didnt have a washer adn dryer. So we went up to the office as asked. We were told we would be put on "the list" it took them 5 months to get them to us only because our neighbors across from us again moved out and we went there to demand them to give us there and we would move it ourselves. Hell it was only 5 feet away. So finnaly they got someone to move it in for us. Oh and the whole thing about the guy with the heart atack. I heard it was a broke arm''''
Yeah my lease is us this month I am in dire need of a new apartment! Oh and to top off everthing the cops come 3 times a month to arest the strippers that live down the way. They also had their Pimps moved in recently!
