Apartments are extremely small and very poorly insulated. The women that work there are very incompetent and do not know the first thing about running an apartment complex. We moved in towards the end of the summer and the pool was closed at least twice a week, the hot tub was never open. Their 'car care' center has not been working since we've moved in and people are using the area as a parking garage. the entire parking lot needs to be redone because there are tons of potholes and not nearly enough parking spots for the number of buildings. The balconies are rotting due to poor workmanship, the stairs are rusty and do not seem safe. There is absolutely minimal lighting, non actually in the parking lot, near the apartments. Overall just a very pitiful excuse for an apartment complex.
