Let me start by saying that I have lived at Hunnington for about 10 months and I was investigating some apartments for a friend in Madison when I decided to stop by and see how my complex rated - and I am appalled. I feel I need to defend!

Firstly, I know of two people who left nasty messages here that I am glad to see go. One lived above me and the other behind me and the complex is better for their being gone!

I love it here. Due to a family emergency, I had to find a place to live rather quickly and Sheila helped turn my apartment over on a dime... they got the carpet cleaner here on a holiday weekend and fixed all walk-through issues within the first week of my moving in.

I find the apartments quaint and fun to decorate and I love the patios and the gardens. I find the rent appropriate and I have had only one maintenance issue and it was fixed. I signed a 6-month lease when I moved in and I signed another for 13 months.
