Well, let's see not only is the manager (at the time) rude, but the people under her were also rude. One of them in particular I overheard her talking to another tenant. She was just thrashing the tenant to another tenant.
The washer and dryer that come with the apartment are so small. The washer could only hold about half as much as any normal washer. And the dryers were just as small and it would take almost 2 full drying cycles to dry our clothes.
When we moved out they charged us for wallpaper that was down, peeling, and torn before we even moved in. it was written on the pre-move-in walk through.
Parking is terrible and about only 40% of the tenants can see there car from their apartment.
The lady who stayed next to the laundry room had a fella threaten to bust her window out if she wouldn’t open the door. And she had 4 kids that were always at home.
There are a lot of foreigners at the apartment and almost none of them speak English.
The apartment allows tenets to have dogs, but does not restrict what kind of dogs. Tenets have pit bulls, German shepherds, terriers, akitas, and Labradors just to name a few of what I have seen.
PS the manager that was there when I was there is now the manager at MARS on Sparkman Dr so stay away from there too.
And if you are handy capped then you will never get the handicapped parking spot. This is because the complex didn’t get the decals from the city, so they are just there for decoration. The police will not ticket or tow anyone who parks in the spots because the spots are not marks properly.
There is one central mail box location and it is only close to only 1 building.
