The Park at Chateau is now the Gardens of Piedmont. They fired the old manager, changed names , and then hired her back.

My husband and I looked at these apartments (because they are in a good location in Huntsville) and just rushed right back out after looking around. This place is ghetto as hell and has a horrible vibe to it. Everything just looked and felt trashy. I am sure some nice people do live here, but only because they can't afford to live elsewhere. I was made uncomfortable by some tenants who were outside while I walked about--they were leering and made me feel unsafe without my husband. Some others I saw walking dogs seemed normal, but they did not smile, look up, or say anything. Like they felt they needed to keep to themselves and watch their backs.
