the place will seem nice enough when they show you around but it is all a mask for what is lurking beneath the surface. while i was living there they got new management who refused to do any landscaping but instead threw old pine needles where the grass would be. neighbors allow their pets to go anywhere including in front of your patio. HUGE roaches came under the front door on occasion along with an assortment of other bugs. maintenance is rude and lazy the new manager was also rude and lacked people skills. don't be fooled by the gas "deals" they give you. the montly bills are outrageous and have nothing to do with the amount of gas you actually use in your apartment. my advice' keep looking
