I am a current resident here, and I will NOT renew my lease.
Our gas bills are horrible!!! There is not metered gas for each apartment. They take the gas bill for the entire building (in our case, 8 apartments) and divide it. The bill comes from the apartment, not Huntsville Utilities. I have asked to see the gas bill, but I never received a response. By the way... This is never explained to you when you sign your lease.
We like it cool in our apartment, and we are paying for everyone else's heating bill.
We have bugs too, and can hear everything around us. The walls are very thin.
The only plus is the maintance department. They are very fast and professional.
