PLEASE TAKE NOTE! The management and personel are not in the least bit considerate to the tenants!!! They are not understanding to military personel who have to deploy or go on TDYs. (There are no exceptions to late rent here, regardless of your situation!)
Don't expect them to have maitenance fix anything within a 3 month period! This is quite possibly the worst apartment complext I have ever resided in. Roaches are a problem no matter how clean you keep your place. They say they spray but I still have yet to see this occur! Parking is another problem, if you are not home before 5pm, don't expect to park anywhere near your apartment.
Make sure to take this place off your list for your next move in.
