Loved the size, hated the staff

We moved here because of the size of the apartments, and for that reason ONLY. The staff is rude (with the exception of Darrell McCollum)and the maintenance staff is super slow. We once went without hot water for three days, and they never even called to respond to our maintenance request.
Our apartment was in good shape, except for the heinously outdated wallpaper in the bathrooms that was falling off the walls. We live in a new three bedroom, at the very front of the complex, and most of our neighbors are elderly, and I feel fairly safe. However, just three groups down from our building is the "ghetto" of the complex, and had the second highest number of car burglaries/thefts in the Huntsville area last year.
I agree about the noise.. I can hear my neighbors sneezing and their phone ringing...
