This has been a good experience for my first 6 months. Staff si nice (especially Michelle) I have no clue why some people bashed the staff in other reviews. Maintenance has also been prompt. The only complaint I have is that I cannot install Direct TV in my apartment. I have no view of the South West sky and they would ABSOLUTELY NOT work with me. That was a real disappointment, especially since I was punished for breaking my contract, which Colonial would NOT reimburse. Overall a good place though.
