Staff is very good about responding to maintenance needs, and following through on that issue.
When it comes to complaints about noise, or other residents' bad behavior, management essentially considers your complaint a bother, and seemingly would rather not deal with it. An example would be trash and boxes and such left in walkways for extended periods of time, or loud music coming from neighbors' vehicles (on the property, not on the street).
Bottom line is this: if you have a complaint of a non-maintenance nature, management is not very responsive, at least not effectively. And any time they do something for you beyond the average, their attitude is that they're doing you a favor!
