Nice complex, poor management

Amenities and location are great. The price is fair. The maintenance is good enough.
The office staff is nice, but that's about all they are. They are very effective at signing/renewing contracts and smiling and being polite while not resolving other problems that arise.

As stated by many others, it's a nice place if you don't ever have a need to communicate with the front office.
