I lived in these apartments for three months while looking for a place to live upon arriving in Huntsville. The management staff were rude. The hallways where I stayed was dirty and stayed dirty for three months. Upon leaving, the apartment looked nicer than when I arrived as the floors were filthy and I had them cleaned. And I was charged almost my entire deposit. They are a rip off. Plaster was falling from the sides outside and the wood was all rotting and I was in the "newer" apartments. I asked to look at the front apartments, they said they had only one two bedroom in the entire complex. I find that hard to believe. When I did look at the one they had available, the carpet was so dirty and filthy and smelled I COULD not believe they had the nerve to show it to someone in that condition. I am glad I moved to Paddock Club, far beyond my expectations. Colonial Village is a dump.
