I had a rather pleasant experience with the office staff actually. Especially Chasity! So cute and friendly. Yeah, they don't give you a break on rent if it's late, but we are ADULTS these days so I think that is more the RESIDENT'S fault than the staff. I don't think they are stuck up but I am glad other people do - maybe that'll keep the trashy people out.

I actually had a small problem where I needed to change apartments and they were totally cool with it. I had no problems at all with moving to a second floor apartment.


I gotta say though, my cockroach problem was a little ridiculous. Nothing helped. And I kept this apartment CLEAN too. My home is my castle - but unfortunately not all the residents would leave. I used bug killer, that nasty stuff that goes behind the fridge, etc. Nada. Kinda creepy.

Parking was great! Always room for people to come visit. Loud music was irregularly a problem, but compared to the other apt. complexes I have lived in it wasn't that bad. There will always be those losers without jobs in every complex I guess.
