The construction is HORRIBLE. Doors and windows are crooked with large gaps between the door/window and frame; therefore, lots of bugs get in. The doors do not latch properly because some genius who built the place couldn't align the door knob with the plate in the door frame! Paint job is terrible, all they did was slop some paint down, not covering up nail holes and leaving clumps on the walls, also not all painted the same color (small strips of different colors painted in random places). Godzilla sized roaches all over the place! Spiders too! Ceiling fans fall out of the ceiling! There's mold under the wallpaper! And there's holes in the linen closets, so if you're allergic to smoke, you may die because your neighbors smoke! And when pipes burst & you have to call the maintenance men, they will just take your brand new towels to clean up THEIR mess!!!

The staff is extremely rude! If you make a noise complaint, expect for NOTHING to happen except for the staff to hang up on you! you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do! & the staff will not be bothered with noise complaints when your neighbor is blaring the music so loud that your apartment rattles and things start falling off your shelves & walls!! Staff could not be bothered when a neighbor banged on your door constantly for no reason & would not go away! Don't bother even trying to complain to the staff, go straight to the police!! Loud music blaring from car stereos is also a must at The Reserve because that will not be stopped either!

So unless you want to feel like you live in the ghetto, I would strongly suggest that you do NOT live here!
