I lived in the apartment complex for about 1 year. The office staff smiled in my face because I payed my rent on or by the first the entire time. Upon turning in my key I requested a final walk through inspection however because the buddied up and said we know that your apartment is fine. I moved to another state and forty five days after being out of the apartment, I called for my security deposit and was told that they had to replace the carpet. They never notified me in writing, they sent pictures of normal wear and tear, and nothing to show that they tried to steam clean the carpet before replacing it. I had no pets and my family does not wear shoes in indoors. Therefore, I have filed a law suit and will repost with the judgement!!!!

YOU ARE RIGHT. MY DAUGHER SIGNED A 10 MONTH LEASE AND WHEN SHE MOVED OUT SHE GOT A BILL BECAUSE THEY SAID SHE LEFT BEFORE THE LEASE WAS UP. EVEN THOUGHT SHE MARKED 10 MONTHS THE LEASE SAID 1 YEAR. SHE GOT BILLED OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
