Although I have moved to a condo because I wanted to get a return on my money. I must say I enjoyed my stay at the reserve. All I seem to see on here is some whinny bitching of people who think its the complexes fault that crime happens. WAKE UP! It happens everywhere from the nicest gated communities to the slums. You can stop it, watch who your friends are and stop bringing ghetto people over and advertising your car stereo. Also to the people who ----- about small repairs, come on you will be the first to ----- if your the one who's AC goes out and maint. is working on someones light switch and you'd have to wait. Give me a break. I would love to see you people owning a place and dealing with up keep and maint. To the one I saw that said about not knowing about giving a 2 month notice, you signed that part of the lease right' COME ON! Be respnsible! As far as I have seen you people just wanna ----- to someone, pathetic. My stay was wonderful and I loved the staff! I highly recommend this place!

If you could count you'd see that 15 people rated it a yes! I can almost bet you don't belong living there, probably not qualified either.

I can't believe that they are accusing us (present tenants) of bringing "ghetto" people into the apartment complex. That is offensive. On one hand the reviewer says that there are "ghetto" people coming to the apartment complex and on the other hand the reviewer rates safety as 5 stars. This shows a complete disconnect between management and the tenants not to mention it is offensive but I already said that.

I wrote the review and I didn't say at any point I didn't feel safe I was saying that the people who said they didn't feel safe shouldn't bring ghetto friends over by advertising their car stereos. It's simple don't like it Move then!
